We’re celebrating 50 years of service

In May 2023, Citizens Advice Esher & District celebrates its 50th anniversary!

For half a century our charity has been helping the residents and workers of east Elmbridge to find a way forward with their problems.  So much has changed since 1973 but one thing that stayed constant is the need for a free, impartial advice service that supports local people in need.

Right now – as Britain faces its biggest cost of living crisis in decades – we’re at the frontline of helping a growing number of our community in distress and unable to make ends meet. Our highly-trained volunteer advisers are here to offer practical crisis support such as food bank referrals and advice on managing energy debts and council tax arrears.

Like other Citizens Advice offices around the country, Citizens Advice Esher & District is an independent charity which is affiliated to, not funded by, the national Citizens Advice body. We need the continued support of local funders and individual donors to help us meet growing demand and continue to deliver our core advice provision.

If you’d like to support us with a donation, you can do so on our CAFDonate page. Anything you can give would be very much appreciated.
