It works to encourage collaborative working between its members, other charities, social enterprises, local authorities and commercial businesses. The main aim is to develop and deliver co-ordinated, efficient, high quality and financially sustainable reuse, recycling, repair, employment, volunteering and training services that have a positive impact on local communities and the environment.

The network is made up of not-for-profit organisations that support local communities by:

• Collecting and delivering good quality pre-used household furniture and other goods.
• Finding new homes for well-loved furniture.
