Walton Citizens Advice Bureau is a fully independent registered charity with its own Trustee Board. The bureau is a member of the national Citizens Advice association. The aims of Citizens Advice are:-

• To ensure that individuals do not suffer through lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities or of the services available to them, or through an inability to express their needs effectively.                                                                                        and equally

• To exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services, both locally and nationally.
  

The Citizens Advice service is independent and provides, free, confidential and impartial advice to everybody regardless of race, sex, disability or sexuality.

North Surrey Domestic Abuse Outreach offers an outreach service to support those affected by domestic abuse in the Boroughs of Epsom & Ewell, Elmbridge and Spelthorne. The North Surrey Domestic Abuse Outreach Service is funded by the Crime & Disorder Reduction Partnerships for the Boroughs of Epsom & Ewell, Elmbridge and Spelthorne.

DAISE offers a Disability Advice and Information Service for all residents of Elmbridge. Through Walton CAB this service is offered to all disabled people and those involved with enabling disabled people to be totally integrated into society and live as independently as possible.
